I saw this site being pimped in a USA today quick column. I know nothing about the site except it shows a bunch a re-runs. I plan to catch up on all the past Office episodes.

I don't want to stir the pot, but how the hell do they get away with this? I mean, You Tube was having a hell of a time with copyright laws and showing clips from shows like The Daily Show.
My guess is they actually buy the right from the TV studios, and then advertise the crap out of the site and playbacks to make money. Sort of like TBS showing re-runs of NBC's Seinfeld.
You Tube was just ripping off other's programming and selling advertising to make money, which is illegal.
